Birthday!
We went tubing instead, and it was awesome! Will save Secret Beach for a day in the 90s. I wanted to float today. So today: breakfast at Bouldin (bagel sandwich), floating on the Comal—we only did one round because the river was low and slooooow and rocky after the chutes. dumb things to cry about
bathroom talk. So, with IC, I have to pee A LOT. like, one day I clocked it at 45 times. Daily average is about 30. I also poop a lot because I have a tetch of IBS or whatever (all that stuff is connected). So I’m in the bathroom a large percentage of the day. I can’t wash my hands every time I go to the bathroom. If I did, my hands would become super cracked and painful....

The Debt Crisis at American Colleges →
If you want to get a name as an economic seer, try this one. The next subprime crisis will come from defaults on student debts, starting with for-profit colleges and rising to the Ivy League. The parallels with housing are striking. In both, the written warnings aren’t understood, especially on penalties and interest rates. And in both, it’s assumed that what’s being bought will rise in value,...
